Leadership Team

Chief Executive Officer: Daniel Hestevold

Daniel joined the 24 Hour Race in February 2018 as the CEO. He is passionate about helping charities grow and fighting social injustice. Daniel ran the first ever 24 Hour Race in 2010 and has been involved with a host of charities before eventually ‘rejoining’ the 24 Hour Race.

Daniel is originally from Norway but has spent most of his life in Asia. He is an avid Liverpool fan and loves running. When asked about why he joined the 24 Hour Race he said, “The 24 Hour Race is a wholesome charity. It goes above and beyond to make a tangible difference on slavery. When you invest in young people, you make sure that the world is not only being made better today, but you are doing your part to make the world a better place in the generations to come.”
