Who Are We

We are young leaders fighting to end modern slavery. Freedom isn’t a privilege, it’s a right.

Why We Run

Slavery Still Exists

Slavery is worse than ever. Though illegal everywhere, it hides in factories, fishing boats, farms, and even homes. Millions are trapped, exploited, and stripped of their freedom. The time to act is now.

Forced labor under threat, without pay. Treated as property, slaves are exploited to produce goods for commercial sale.

Human Trafficking

The forced recruitment, transport, or transfer of individuals for labor or sexual exploitation.

Child Labor

Any enslavement of children — whether forced labor, domestic servitude, or sex trafficking.

Sex Slavery

Individuals forced into the commercial sex industry through force, fraud, or coercion.

Forced Marriage

Forcing a woman or child to get married without consent or against their will.

Domestic Servitude

Domestic workers in private homes who are coerced, threatened, or deceived into forced labor with no escape.

Our approach

Social Entrepreneurship

Student-Led. Impact-Driven.

We empower students to run every aspect of the 24 Hour Race, turning them into entrepreneurs and social innovators. Through mentorship and hands-on experience, they plan, organize, and lead events that drive real change.

With a global network of young leaders, we provide the tools, structure, and support they need to build a race, rally a team, and make an impact. The challenge is tough—but so are they.

Fundraising & Awareness

Raising funds and awareness.

Student leaders play a key role in educating their schools about modern slavery while fundraising for the cause. With mentorship and support, they learn to manage events, advocate for change, and lead their communities.

Before race day, they host awareness events, organize speaking tours, and rally support—turning their schools into hubs for action.

Leadership Cycle

Empowering Student Leaders to Fight Slavery Worldwide!

1. Recruitment

The Organizing Committee is led by key directors: Executive Director, Business Development, Operations, Community, and Marketing. Each director collaborates with a team of 3-4 specialized members, working together to bring the 24 Hour Race to life.

2. Social Entrepreneurship

OC members join a global network of student leaders, gaining hands-on experience in leadership and innovation. Through seminars, training, and internships with partner organizations, they develop real-world skills while preparing for the 24 Hour Race.

3. Fundraising and Awareness

Before race day, student leaders host awareness events, organize advocacy campaigns, and lead a speaking tour, where a representative from HQ visits schools to talk about modern slavery and the 24 Hour Race.

4. Execution and Handover

The 24 Hour Race doesn’t end at the finish line. OC members gather feedback, report results, and wrap up partnerships to strengthen the race for next year. Once the handover is complete, we begin the search for the next generation of student leaders.
