Christopher Schrader
Board Chair
Christopher Schrader is founder of the 24 Hour Race and CEO and co-founder of GraphEQ. Chris started the 24 Hour Race at age 16, inspired to give students around the world the opportunity to fight slavery through endurance sport. Today, the 24 Hour Race is the world’s largest student-led movement fighting slavery.
Chris helped set up the growing tech company, Surkus’, office in Hong Kong and Singapore. He is currently the board at the 24 Hour Race, while expanding his company FoundLost. He studied at Harvard, and is a Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society.
Gloria Yu
Board Member
Gloria is a fashion consultant, writer and designer, who is all about staying chic and sustainable in Hong Kong. She is on a noble mission and spearheading initiatives to save the planet - and doing it all while looking impeccably stylish.
Gloria has always been enamoured with wearable art.
With her talents, she studied fashion design at Parsons in New York City. Shortly after, she launched her own brand called Yunotme which sold at Lane Crawford, Net-a-Porter and other established retailers.
Justin Fulcher

From Silicon Valley to Singapore, Justin Fulcher is a serial entrepreneur with a knack for solving huge problems. He began programming when he was seven years old and started his first business when he was thirteen.
Justin is currently devoting his efforts to revolutionising the global healthcare industry as Founder and CEO of RingMD.
Tony Verb
Board Member
An icon of the Hong Kong startup scene, Tony Verb is a global entrepreneur with a history of connecting the dots, most notable through his work as co-founder of GreaterBay Ventures & Advisors. An investment firm, GreaterBay Ventures & Advisors is focused on urbanisation with a positive impact in the region now known as the "Greater Bay Area," the Chinese government’s initiative to link Hong Kong, Macau and nine cities in Guangdong province into an integrated economic hub.
He is also the co-founder of Metta, a members-only multi-channel platform and club forentrepreneurs.
Pascale Litmaath

Pascale has stood alongside RTSTT from the moment of its founding and has actively participated in all aspects of the charity’s initiatives and efforts over the years since then.
She brings valuable experience and insight to the table given her extensive fund-raising, branding and marketing experience. Pascale has previously chaired or otherwise led non-profit events in Hong Kong and is committed to helping RTSTT to mentor and facilitate students and others, in their efforts to fight the scourge of human trafficking. Born, raised and educated in Hong Kong, Pascale considers Hong Kong her family home.
Lavine Hemlani

Lavine left a promising career in investment banking to start an EdTech company that helps anyone, from clerks to chefs, transform their lives through tech education, giving them new hope and a new income stream.
Lavine Hemlani’s ed-tech start-up, Xccelerate, offers individuals and companies the opportunity to upgrade their skills in the fields of artificial intelligence, software engineering and blockchain. True to its name, the company is advancing at a rapid rate, training more than 750 professionals in Singapore and Hong Kong since launching a year ago, and planning to set up in 10 to 15 additional markets in the next 18 months. But that’s how former investment banker Lavine works—with speed.
